The dissers to this miss the point I think. This guy is a pretty good narrator and story teller and would not disgrace a main stream radio channel like here in the U.K radio 4 extra. So a thumbs up from me. Don't be so grouchy people and have fun where you can find it.

Ive read on one of these stories a pretty good piece of advice: The ocean creatures and I have an agreement. I don't swim in their ocean and they dont walk on my grass. Not a bad agreement.

My buddy was a deep sea welder for a big oil company, he got a bad case of the "bends" and was in a coma for about 2 weeks he came back and appeared to be ok, but with later medical studies was told he did endure extensive brain damage, especially short term memory and is usually labeled as "brain fog" he is now considered 100% disabled...to me that is the most horrific thing that can happen to you as a deep sea diver, but my friend has no regrets and is not hateful toward his fate, he said he actually misses being down deep in the water, he says its the most peaceful place you can be on this earth, you can hear your thoughts as he put it, it complete serenity and pitch black, nothing matters when you are diving.

As someone who is terrified by the ocean, the idea of being alone 1, 000 feet underwater is horrifying.

Normal people start their day with a cup of tea or coffee, I start with with saturation diving stories.

Who needs monsters in that story to make it scary. The job itself is scary enough.

FOR MANY YEARS, I HAD WORKED FOR COMEX, AS A SATURATION DIVER . ONCE I WAS WORKING IN THE SOUTH ATLANTIC, DOING A ROUTINE DIVE FOR A MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE SERVICE DIVE, (NDT), ON ONE OF THE LEGS , ( SEMISUBMERSIBLE) P90 . - NO MORE THAN 10 MTS BELOW THE SURFACE , CHECKING SOME WIELDING AND AS I TURNED AROUND BECAUSE I FELT SOMETHING BEHIND ME , I SAW THIS ORCA, POSSIBLE 40 FT LONG !!!! . NO-ONE WANTED TO WEAR MY POSEIDON DRY SUIT, AFTER THAT !!!! 😱🧜‍♂️

In Australia, trees were discovered of a type that had been classified as being extinct tens of thousands years ago. The trees are not mobile, they don't think or try to conceal themselves. It's not beyond the realms of possibility that thinking, moving, creatures unknown to man or those considered to be extinct are alive and well and inhabiting environments normally hostile to mankind.

I'm going to confess when I first started listening to you, I wasn't crazy about your voice. I didn't hate it or love it it was just kind of meh. However, I've grown to love how clear and articulate you are. It's great since I usually listen to Creepypasta while falling asleep.

I have no idea whether or not this story is just fiction, or if it is a retelling of a true account. I ran oilfield boats for around twenty years. I regularly carried divers to the rigs/shore. The type of diving they had been doing determined whether they were flow ashore, or they went by boat. I've had divers tell me stories of absolutely monstrous creatures on the sea floor. During over forty years as captain of ocean going vessels, I seen creatures on the surface that I had never seen in any book, and absolutely no clue what they were, and were huge. And before anyone thinks whales, no, After all those years at sea, I know what whales, and all the other normal creatures look like. Several times I have been glad I running a large ocean going tug.

A rig diver off the coast of Texas said he once saw a catfish that could have swallowed him whole. He quit that day.

I spent MANY years in the Navy, so I spent god knows how many hours looking out into the ocean on Watch... anyways I saw some really weird shit. MASSIVE lights deep in the ocean following us in the middle of the night amongst other things I shouldnt dicuss. I was on the USS Nimitz from 2003-2007, and saw the now famous Tic Tac with my own eyes (including when it dove into the ocean and disappeared at speeds breaking the sound barrier). So normally I would call bs on a story like this, but who knows this guy could be telling the truth!!!

I believe there are creatures we have never seen down there and there are historical facts of proof.

I believe in every one of these types of ocean creature stories! And NOBODY can tell me otherwise! 95% of the world's ocean's have not yet been seen by human eyes so it makes no sense that anyone that hears these try to just say it's impossible! Nothing's impossible! !☆

My brother was on the USS Hancock carrier in the mid 1960's, I believe it was in 1967 over the Marian Trench, he said it was the deepest spot in the ocean, and on a clear calm day the Hancock was all of a sudden picked up and tilted to a point of almost being flipped over and then dropped back to normal, everyone was very shook up over it and two of the huge propelars on the ship was damaged during this incident, , , it was never
