Yeah, so disappointing. I got to check this one out at my Best Buy also. The screen, though not as bad as the ones in so many machines Arcade1up put out last year, is still not acceptable quality. The BOE monitor they're using in these deluxes can't handle the extreme angle of the cabinet. I found unless I'm standing right in front of the machine playing it and looking dead on, that's the only way it doesn't start washing out. As soon as I tilt my head even the slightest, or walk away from the machine in any capacity, wash-city. The angle screen uniformity is trash, but at least, I guess, it doesn't have the horrible discoloration that came on many of last years models.

I have the Pac-Man Legacy with AMAZING black levels and picture uniformity and there's no way I'm going to downgrade to one of these Deluxes. Arcade1up just saved me $499.

Arcade1up needs to find the right BOE, or another type of monitor that can handle this new angle. At least we now know why Arcade1up avoided pushing screens so far back.
