How to Change Netflix Credit or Debit Card

Given that Netflix makes it difficult to do anything other than pay for your subscription with a credit or debit card that automatically pays for your subscription on a monthly basis, it can be easy to forget to update the credit or debit card associated with your Netflix account whenever you get a new one. However, updating the credit or debit card associated with your Netflix account can be done through the Netflix website in a matter of minutes.

And now, let's walk through the steps to update the credit or debit card associated with your Netflix account.

Step 2. Click the icon in the upper right corner of the screen that's associated with your profile. A drop-down menu appears.

Step 3. Click "Account." Your Netflix Account screen will be displayed.

Step 4. Scroll down to the Membership & B illing section, and then click "Update Payment Info" to the right of your current credit card information. The Update Your Credit or Debit Card screen appears.

Thank you for the info. Netflix would not let me change my debit card when I got a new one. She kept saying they couldn't do that. I said so you don't want my money? Because when you try to charge it to my old card you will get NOTHING. Duh.
Someone stole my identity and I had to get new card. This is crazy and no way to do biz.

Hey Max, My card expired and i received a new one with same numbers but an extension on the Expiry date and CVV number. all the rest of the details remain constant as the previous details updated. im still unable to update my payment info, it still states 'sorry something went wrong'. ive tried updating using my Iphone and through My Mac. no respite despite multiple attempts to have the payment update. Tried reaching out to customer care but the number provided is not reachable. ive updated my card for online txn limits and it still doesnt go through. its extremely agonizing ordeal so far. kindly suggest or assist if there are any other options available
