What I don't like is if you no longer want to use Netflix you can't remove your card info. They will just forever have it on file.

So you're saying it will keep my card information till the account exists. If I have to remove it, I have to cancel the subscription. What if there are still 15 days left on my subscription?? No it did not help I want to remove my card from Netflix because I want to stop playing for it I don’t want to switch cars or add a new one I cancel membership twice allready but some how it renewed by itself and it start charging again in my card I cancel again and the same thing happen again.

What I was looking for is a way to not have to cancel my Netflix account but not lose everything that I have watched or searched for but I wanted to not pay but keep the account? Is there a free version of Netflix?

Netflix know my account number. I've blocked my old card due ro fraudulent and didn't update it yet to my payment info, BUT I saw a deduction from my online banking and it was netflix. Meaning the card details updated itself. This is not good.

I cancelled Netflix, they emailed me a month and a half later saying thanks for renewing and charged my card. I absolutely did not renew. And my Netflix device usage history showed no one had signed in since I cancelled. I changed my password on my email account & my Netflix account, called Netflix to get a refund, re-canceled my subscription, and have them remove my credit card info from my account. I also requested a replacement card from my bank just in case and placed a fraud report with my bank.

I share my account with family, if i cancel the membership to save my money, family will restart the membership and im charged again lol, there should be an option to remove card information because sometimes you dont wanna tell that you cant pay anymore to the family you share with
