Packet ordering is a different concept. At 1:47 .TCP nor UDP has control over which path to take when transferring data. Meaning, if you are connecting to a facebook server in USA from here in india, whether you are going to use TCP/UDP at the transport layer(in reality it is TCP), you dont have control over whic network to to take when setting up a connection say for example in TCP...Its just routed over internet...Packer reordering always happens in the WAN. And when it comes to TCP, characteristics like seq#, Selective and Duplicate acks enables TCP to have a in-order delivery of the packets up to application stack...Not sure how deep it is needed for the GATE thought I wil just pass this information..
