Hey there fellow dairy free folks! I'm a new subscriber. You're family is adorable. Love your channel and recipes. They are a fabulous resource.

I'm attempting to introduce delicious, familiar foods that are plant based to my co-workers, as I am the only vegan (5 yrs+) in the crowd. Although I have been preparing my families meals without added oil, sugar or salt due to health concerns, I feel its ok to use these less healthy plant based ingredients in recipes that I bring to work to treat my co-workers. Since the number of employees is over 20, and its a very busy office, they cant really over consume it, but will be amazed at the reality of how easy, delicious and familiar vegan food can be. My family is much smaller and so they get the oil, sugar, salt free goodies instead because they are use to that and love it, and once in a while, on special occasions for big family gathering, I do it up with the hard stuff. Thank you for your delicious contributions. I brought your "Coffee Cake" to work and it was a huge hit! I plan on trying many more of your recipes in the future. Thanks again!!! <3 ; )
