Not long after this video came out I wound up in the hospital with a medical emergency. The whole situation traumatized me for several months, and the only way I could relax enough to fall asleep after I got home was putting this video on before bed. I'm better now both physically and mentally, but I wanted to say thank you for making these kinds of videos. For some of us they're more than just nice little things to put on in the background.

I have suffered from insomnia for the past ten years not sleeping more than 30 minutes at most on a good night. This video channel has changed that amount of time to six hours a night! This channel is so calming for me that I have it on every single night now and it might sound cray to some people but it changed my life literally and I can't believe my insomnia is 100% gone now.
