A 'Brand New' Novation Keyboard I bought from a reputable dealer arrived bent !

I wont mentiion which dealer I bought this Novation keyboard from but it is a very well known and respected dealer in Manchester.
However.. this new and boxed keyboard arrived with a bent case and a bent keyboard !
The dealer did exchange it for another so there was no problem with getting the exchange.
I wonder if the damage presumably from the factory is a 'one off' or if it's more common.
This was a video I made and sent to the dealer to complain hence the tone of my voice 😄
