I wish someone would make a 73/76 like this. I loved how my launch key played until my kid broke it. I have been considering getting a 61 key fantom 0 and 88key controller. This would be a nice setup. I like the i/o on some of those icon controllers with audio interface but not available over here.

I just purchased a Launchkey 88 mk3 and it's absolutely perfect in combination with Pianoteq when it come's to piano due to pianoteq's 127 points of velocity. The launchkey 88 is such a pleasure to play. Though it's terrible with sampled pianos like Keyscape due to Keyscapes 16 points of velocity. I also have electronic weighted/hammer action keys though I just find most modelled weighted keys too heavy really. When I've played an acoustic piano it doesn't feel so heavy. In fact it's much lighter and responsive to the touch and release in comparison to electronic weighted/hammer action keys. The black keys on the Launchkey 88 mk3 are not stiff like so many midi keybeds on the market either. Novation have really nailed the middle ground between fully weighted and synth action keys here. Hi there. Great channel. Very informative and honest. I am starting to build a small home studio and was looking to add an 88-key keyboard. I need it to be as versatile as possible. I want it to feel just as good on piano as on synth sounds. I'm not really a keyboard player anyway. I'm trying to learn though. I play percussion, so I'll probably be laying down beats too. I was thinking about this one. Would you recommend it? By the way, I picked up your Pro Drums vst. The drums sound amazing!!! Keep up the great work. Blessings.

Recently got this board about 3 months now..and the keybed feels different from what I am accustomed to....coming from a 61 keyboard and playing a hammer action 88 at my local church from time to time, the balance between them from the launchkey is great seeing that it is semi weighted ...I only have one concern...can you play hammer action style on because honestly...I am afraid to play hard and break the keys(I've never played with semi-weighted keys before).... other than that....I love this board.
