To be honest he may have been left or lost but he actually looked pretty healthy he also had zero hesitation with people that’s a sign he was cared for if it was a hurricane shit happens maybe the owners are dead or spread out I bet that dog had a good home.

This dog probably has people that love him. Many people lost their homes . In North Carolina whole towns are wiped off the map even in the mountains. There's hundreds of people still missing and not getting the help they need. Animals were taken to shelters around the country. I can't imagine losing everyone and losing my dog too.

There's no way that dog was dumped! As said "after the hurricane" the dog was spotted. If the owner is alive, they're probably wondering where their dog is. It looks very well cared for.

I hope she didn’t just keep him without trying to find the owners. I doubt he was dumped, it’s a hurricane. He looks well cared for, they are either dead are heart broken he’s gone.
