I didn't realise until a while into the video that the voices were lower. At about 0:30 I thought Stephen was on the cusp of burping and that's why he sounded so odd, and that Phil and Alan were looking at him like that being concerned for his well-being.

is it just me or do they all sound a little low pitched??

I've been binge-watching these videos for the past two days, and I think I can identify Jimmy Carr's laugh from a half-mile away at this point. O_o

It's hilarious that people are still correcting this info. They're talking about information from the late 1920s... They never said it was the only or most efficient way of doing it. Stephen might have slightly misrepresented things by talking about it in the present tense, but that's just a minor slip-up, really.

If anything, it's strange that the idea has persisted that we can't tell their sex, even though we've been able to do it for 90 years now. Says more about the gullibility or ignorance of the general public than the QI researchers or Stephen, I think.

And honestly, people, it's a comedy show. Enjoy the phrase 'Vietnamese turkey sexers' and Phil doing accents and get your up-to-date info from research papers.
