That's a very informative video, it is very important that people are made aware of it. People assume any pain at the bottom is related to piles and thus they wait for it to heal on its own rather than visiting a proctologist. after going throught pain for months and finaly seing a specialist i had a sigmoscopy done and said i had 2 hemrhoids 3 months later then pain never stoped the swelling neither i kept telling him something is wrong he said no no its just a skin tag from a healed fissure, i went and got a second opinion and he told me its a fistula how could he have missed this my pereneum was so swollen from the months of pain there was a lining straight to the anus opening, how was this missed ? maybe he was in a rush
