The positivity you are holding to yourself is tremendous. I think of the water crystal experiment, the water reacted to positive comments but growing beautiful crystals. The water with negative comments got rancid and fouled. Our bodies are made of water too, treat yourself kindly and lose the voice inside that brings you down.
