To refund or return emotes or skins in Fortnite OG, you can use the Return Tickets provided to every account. You can use these tickets to return items purchased from the Fortnite Item Shop within the last 30 days. Here are the steps to follow:

Open Fortnite.
From the lobby, click on the main menu on the top left.
Click the Settings gear icon.
Click on Menu - Support & Refunds.
Click Return or Cancel Purchase.
Find and select the item you want to return and select it on the list.
Click Use Return Ticket.

A final confirmation screen will pop up. Please make sure to check the items you are returning. If you are sure that you want to proceed, click Yes.
If you have used all your Return Tickets, you can still refund an eligible item by following these steps:

Open Fortnite.
From the lobby, click on the main menu on the top left.
Click the Settings gear icon.
Click on Menu - Support & Refunds.
Click Return or Cancel Purchase.
Find and select the item you want to return and select it on the list.
Click Submit a Request.
Choose a reason for refund and submit the refund request.
Please note that you can only return items purchased in the last 30 days. I hope this helps!
