It used to be worse, funnily enough it was videogames that helped me quite a bit.

I used to feel vertigo even in videogames but you're kinda forced to be in high up places sometimes in the virtual world so it got used to it.

Still wouldn't cross that glass bridge shown in the video even if you paid me though 💀

Bro I have this. It’s a common phobia and I literally cannot do anything involving heights over probably 5 feet. I cannot do ladders or look down stairs, I can’t go to second floors of houses or buildings, I have had very real panic attacks climbing water park ride stairs or even waiting in line for rollercoasters because of the anticipation of the height. I used to not have this phobia but I just kind of developed it for no reason. When I was a kid I used to climb on roofs, trees, and ride large rollercoasters with no problem. Doesn’t hinder my daily life and thank god I live near sea level lmao.

i cant even climb stairs normally, i start dissociating and i feel my legs getting weak. it feels like im just going to fall and everything starts "moving"

I have mild acrophobia, but i can climb a ladder, stairs. But when i am on a terrace, i get scared when i see down 😅

As someone with extreme achrophobia i can confirm i get scared from a hieght bigger than 2 feet heck i dont even have enough courage to just go near ladders 😢
