Cracking breakdown! I think the most important take away (apart from MacDonalds) is that you set expectations up front and then judge the game based on those. This is the biggest mistake I see made. 200 quid for something you made yourself is impressive. Well done!

for the mcdonalds refer, you forgot UK tax which after £12, 500 you pay 20% tax to the government and then there is also income tax which triggers at a lower barrier but its not as high, I don't know income tax of the top of my head but for 2000 hours at £9; to use your videos numbers, I believe they actually pay around £11.50 now. would actually total £16, 900 (nice) not including income tax and anything else you might need to pay out

i want to ask you something why indie dev mostly choose steam to publish their games like you why dont they make it a mobile game and publish it on playstor steam takes 30% of youre revenu and playstore dont i think it would be beter if you publish it on play store am i right ??
