The question was fair and Prof Stock’s answer was well put but something about that student’s manner and studied slouch posture was very grating.

She's trying so desperately to look "cool", "look at me I'm so different and daring showing you all I'm not intimidated at all by this formal setting" lol

She pulls out every cliché she's seen in series. The "im just chilling with mates around the camp fire" knee up, casually fidgeting hand head demonstratively resting on hand, the exaggerated downturned "hm not a bad point I hear you" mouth. "I'm so independent and in control " lol

Which is why I object to be called the slur TERF. I’m a feminist, not a radical feminist.

How can you answer a question from someone who can't even learn to sit like an adult?

Am I the only one wanting to tell the kid to put his leg down?

A guy can be a feminist AND a lesbian nowadays.

Feminism was about that, but now it's not.

How come there's a feminist, but not a masculinist?

If youre an egalitarian, you dont need to be a feminist. Women are already covered under the umbrella of treating all humans equally

Aspiring to have equality among all people to pursue the life they want is what civilized societies do. It's what makes them attractive nations to live in. It's what causes and enables people to invest in their lives and communities. Systematically oppressing a group of people to give yourself the upper hand and advantage in life is uncivilized.

Just watched 2 seconds of this video. And giving the professional posture and use of that chair, you can tell she has something great to say 😂😂😂😂

The dutch feminist movement was led by men.

I'm not sure the one posing the question is feminist adjacent with her masculine posturing.

I think we are equal, and your opinion on my free speech is unwarranted, and doesnt mean anything. All your opinions are doing - is saying that the public shouldnt listen to men who want to speak their mind - that isnt debating, its shutting down debates, and discussions we could be having, rather than silencing those you dont like the opinions of.

Maybe it can be broken down by phases. I'd argue men can be first and second wave feminists since those waves were about equality. Separation of the sexes and antagonism between men and women seems more prevalent in third and fourth wave feminism, and I don't think a man can really have membership in third and fourth wave.

After hearing the Elizebeth Friedman story, a ww2 era codebreaker, i was sympathetic to the feminists cause. So take a lap ladies you won. You have equal opportunity. Learn to take the win.

Idk weird answer, because as a man, i think women make better male activists and men do a better job fighting for womens rights, cause well, so far women arent doinbthat great of a job of what their right should be l
