PS5 System Update: Over 20 New Features, Secrets and Fixes. | PS4 Firmware 8.50 Changes.

It's been nearly 5 months but we finally have our first major PS5 firmware update that actually introduces a ton of new features, QoL fixes, and even some secrets the company didn't tell us about. Alongside this, PS4 Firmware 8.50 saw a wide release, which notable has Share Play functionality for PS5 games. Now unfortunately we still don't have internal SSD expansion but for our first actual system update, its a start right? I mean, I'll take it. I won't be THRILLED with it, but we got some great stuff here. Okay, back to 'The Pathless'.

This is random but they've fixed the bug where it would take a second or two for the menu to pop up when you pressed the PS button for the first time since bootup/wakeup

One more thing mystic. When you close a game not only it takes 1 second from 3 before it also shows the main dashboard theme for that game and not a simple grey background as before. I find it cool.
