Fiery crash in East L.A. leaves 3 young adults dead

To all you youngsters, getting your drivers license the DMV doesn't tell you this, but you're responsible for everyone's life inside your vehicle. Never race with people in your car, no matter how much they beg. Just tell them you're responsible for their life well in your vehicle and you love them. Especially if they have kids. 🙏

"They're teenagers, they're innocent." I understand your grief, but no, they aren't innocent. Driving like that ON PURPOSE means you have no respect for human life. I am also glad that no one else was hurt in this tragedy.

They were Innocent kids? Driving recklessly disregarding everyones life. I mean they could have killed an actual innocent family. Glad they didn’t take anyone with them.

"They're teenagers" When I was a teen, I was always afraid of driving fast, even though I never had my license then. Just thinking about crashing and how horrible the death would be. Plus, hitting innocent people too, that's something I was definitely afraid of. I wish more people thought like this. =/

When you’re young you don’t think. You think you’re invincible. I am sorry for the loss of young life destroyed and the babies left without a parent. It’s heartbreaking.

Why was this young mother out playing at such a later hour and not home with her children? Excessive speed and irresponsible behavior bring heartache for many.

They need to show these types of accidents in High school so they can see what gross speed does to you and people they injure.

Owning a car doesn’t mean you are a race car driver. It’s just plain irresponsible for the driver to play with other peoples lives like this.

So terrible. My heart goes out to those affected. Looks like a 60+ mph side-impact. Even if the vehicle stayed in-tact with no fire, the kinetic energy from deceleration g-forces of that type of impact can rip your flesh off your bones. Be careful people!

I almost died in a major accident a few years back caused by another driver even the CHP officer told me 98% of accidents like mine are instant fatalities so I'm very fortunate to be alive I realized how small we are compared to this big universe may these two young people rest in peace 🙏 🕊 ☮

Why were they speeding & driving like that? It’s tragic, yes. They still have some active, conscious participation in what happened. I hope the families can get along and heal from this though I can’t imagine ever completely healing from this.

19-year old with two kids messing around on the streets instead of being home with her kids. I feel sorry for those kids. She is not innocent as they described.

So terribly tragic!! Only 18, 20 and 21. So young. And the woman’s two children don’t have a mom, now. It’s heartbreaking.

The only person to blame is the driver why would you be going that fast what a shame. This tragedy could have been avoided
