I was in high school back when I got into Thrice. I attempted suicide right before graduation, and the friend who called my mom that ended up saving me dedicated the song Artist in an Ambulance to me. I liked them back then but that experience made me appreciate them more. Since I don’t think I’ve missed a show when they are in town. Thanks for all the memories Thrice, you’re like a friend I never met.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Thrice has had one of of the best developments of any band I’ve heard.
Always willing to experiment while always being consistently great and maintaining a recognizable sound.

I first listened to Vheissu when a student of mine lent my her CD. She and another student (Ben) in my class had fallen in love with the band, and they knew I liked harder music. After just one listen to Image of the Invisible, I fell in love with the band immediately! Then the other student took his own life about a year later, and he was one of my favorite and most talented students, so Thrice has always had a very special place in my heart. And whenever I listen to Thrice, I always think fondly of Ben, and how he and that other student introduced me to them.

This song sounds a lot like it belongs on "Beggars." I'll be preordering this album immediately!

This band could play all genres and do it right. So much variety, so much energy. First show for me was Warped tour, Wichita KS '03. Last show was Fiddler's Green, Denver '19(been meaning to fix that) and they will never cease to amaze me. Been my fav band longer than they haven't at this point. Thrice = good music/lyrics every time. Whether it be upbeat(almost country sounding), the slow sad piano, or the heaviest of heavy, they always satisfy. Excited to see what comes next.
