The amount of people who don’t know the difference between Jell-O pudding and Jell-O gelatin is staggering. Jell-O pudding contains no gelatin because it’s pudding. So all of the pudding type Jell-O‘s have zero gelatin in them that’s making them Halal for everyone. Jell-O gelatin has gelatin because that’s the only way it’ll contain its shape. So clear jello has gelatin, pudding jello does not. I think most of you missed the part of the video where it says it is Halal 😂

I’m 100 percent with you Mimo! When I first started baking I would make everything from scratch but realized that all I really enjoyed was decorating and eating it so it’s all boxed cakes and super simple icings here❤️ And it all tastes AMAZING

Plus making from scratch is SO expensive and teen me did not have that kind of money

I don’t understand why anyone would call her a ‘fake’ baker. She is basically just getting the pre measured dry ingredients. She usually makes changes to the recipe on the back of the box too. And even if she didn’t change the recipe she is still a real baker ❤️

Mimo! Love your content. My mother always used powdered jello pudding and powdered cool whip (with decreased milk, of course) for our cakes. It's been over 45 yrs and I still do it. EVERYONE loves it. It's an amazing filling or "icing" 👍
But it definitely needs to stay in the fridge if used as an icing.

Your cakes are the only ones on here that I actually want to try because of the generous fillings. Other cake makers put a thin layer of ganache which would be dry.

Even grocery stores that have a bakery don't even bake the cakes- they get pre-cooked, frozen cakes & the only icing they make onsite is whipped cream icing. Buttercream comes in a 5 gallon buckets.

I love that you show us your process and I think that you are brilliant for using boxed pudding/cake for your bases. Ido the same thing for brownies. Never been able to make a good batch of brownies from scratch so I use a box mix so that I can focus on how I can actually customize the batch.

I don’t get the haters! Your decoration skills and the time it takes to make it all are why people want to pay. Also you make fondant from scratch and film it for us to watch! Keep being awesome and using box stuff Mimo :)

Gosh this is so smart! I used to get a tonne of cake orders with fillings and its very time consuming to make custards and what not from scratch!
