Greetings Dr. I'm Veronica Joseph (D097129) from Group C. Before watching this video, I was confused about the difference between the types of the measurement, namely nominal, ordinal, interval and ratio. But, through this video, I was able to understand well the difference between the four types of measurement used in data analysis. Thank you dr.

Hi Dr, I’m Dewi Martini Anak Latop (D100359) from SMS3123 Group C. After I watch this video, I know that there is 4 types of measurement scales which are nominal, ordinal, interval and ratio. From this video understand that nominal is the weakest among those 4 measurement scales and nominal is recorded in the basis of name. Thank you Dr for the great explanation. 💗

Assalamualaikum and greetings Dr., I am Miftahul Anam bin Ahmad Yani (D20211100356) from SMS3123 A. First of all, thank you so much for spending your time to record this video for our better understanding. This sub-topic is about the four types of measurement scale;
1. Nominal
2. Ordinal
3. Interval
4. Ratio
All types of measurement scale and the example was well explained by Dr.
So that, it is really helps us to determine the suitable statistical method to use in our data analysis. Thank you Dr. Afza for your explaination.

Assalamualaikum and hi Dr I'm Nurul Ain Athirah binti Mohd Zainudin (D100379) from Group A. First of all, thank you Dr for giving the great explanation and i understand it very well. From what I learnt in this video was we have four types of measurement scales which are nominal, ordinal, interval and ratio. I also learnt that these four types of measurement have their own roles that can be used in data analysis. For example, as you said for interval, 0 celcius doesn't mean there is no temperature. That's all from me thank you Dr.

Hi Dr, I am Kirubashni a/p Devan(D20211100334)from group B.Based on the video, I learnt 4 types of measurement scales which are nominal (the weakest, record in name), ordinal (record in order), interval (possible to ranked, has 0 point)and ratio (has true 0 point, have meaning in measurement difference).I understand clearly what Dr explained throughout the video about measurements scales and it is easier to remember.Thank you Dr for the video as it is easy to watch and learn.

Assalamualaikum Dr., I'm Zuhayrah bt Zayadi (D20211100902) from SMS3123 (A). This video and your explanation made me fully understand about the differences of the measurement scales (ratio, ordinal, interval and nominal) with just simple examples and explanations. Before this I couldn't differentiate those 4 types of measurement scales but now I can. Thank you for your great and simple explanation on this topic, Dr.

Assalamualaikum and a very good day Dr. I'm Nur Farhanah Mardhiah (D100383) from group A. First of all, thankyou for the clear and detail explanations that I am now can easily differentiate and understand all of the four types of measurement scales such as nominal, ordinal, interval and ratio. And from what I have understand, both interval and ratio have significant similarity and differences. Both scales have 0 point however its not a true value in interval meanwhile opposites in ratio. For example, as you explained in interval, 0 Celsius doesn't mean there is no temperature and the other hand, 0 Kelvin in ratio means nothing. That's all from me for now, thankyou Dr.

Assalamualaikum and greetings Dr. I am Zaidatul Najwa binti Azman (D20202097119) from SMS3123 (C). After I watched this video, I gained more knowledge about the different measurement scales in data analysis, which are nominal, ordinal, interval and ratio. Thank you Dr for your good explanation on this topic.

Assalamualaikum dr, I'm Nurul Syuhaida (D100348)
from group B, from this video I've learned that there are four types of measurement scale to obtained the data. The first one is Nominal which is the easiest way (?) to record data and the is ordinal in which the data observed is in order (1-Extremely Agree, ..., 5-Extremely Disagree). There are also, Interval and Ratio. 😊

Assalamualaikum Dr., I’m Muhamad Aqil Harif (D100377) from SMS3123 group A, thank you Dr. for the clear explanation. From this video, I managed to learn 4 types of measurement scales where this type of measurement scale is important in determining the statistical method to use in data analysis. For example, we have a Nominal scale to record the basis of a name, we have the ordinal scale to rank the subject, we have an interval scale that has no true 0 value, and lastly, we have a Ratio scale that has a complete absence of the trait being measured (true 0 points). Again, thank you Dr. for such a wonderful and clear explanation that managed to give an overview of what measurement scales we should use in determining the statistical method to use in data analysis🤩

Good Day Dr, I am Syathish A/L Ganesan (D20211100382) from SMS3123(C), this video was about Measurement scales usually observed within the application of Statistics.

Overall, this video is my favourite from Chapter 1 because somehow I noticed that the scales types are not merely types, but also their effeciency can be ranked from the best to the worst which goes in this order,

Ratio, Interval, Ordinal, Nominal.

Plus, your explanation is very easy to understand. Thank You Dr🙏.

Assalamualaikum Dr, I’m Dayana Shasha Binti Laruna (D20211100369) from Group A. Thank you so much for the explanation Dr. Based on my understanding from this video, there are several types of measurement scales which are nominal, ordinal, interval, and ratio scales. Exploring each types of measurement scales and their implications for data analysis and statistical methods is essential for comprehensive understanding and application of statistical techniques.

Assalamualaikum Dr. I am Nurul Hainisah (D20211100362) from group A. From this video, i’ve learnt about four types of measurements scales that is important role in determining the statistical method to be used in data analysis. The first type is nominal which is the data is recorded in the basis of a name. Second is ordinal scale that possible to rank the subjects. Then, the interval scales make it possible to be ranked and that differences between measurements have meanings. Lastly, ratio scale. It has true 0 point with complete absence of the trait being measured for example can analyze the weight and height. Thank you Dr for the clear and well explained video✨.
