Data obtained with Likert scale that are given a value(1, 2, 3, 4, 5 for example ) , are they considered metric level of data?
And being totally disagree/unsatisfied equal to 1 point, then we might say that 1 is like zero.... so, five items of a questionnary measured with a likert scale would be 5, and that would mean: zero .... so, I wonder : is it interval o ratio?
