Basic, just did this, no holes. Used veg oil. No extra seasoning. You can also cook turkey up side down. All the juices in the bird go into breast. Makes moist!

We use a brine and soak the Turkey for 3 days in lemons, Thyme, apple cider and spices. Then we bake it after putting butter and garlic under the skin of the turkey ! Its so juicy and flavorful!
