Dmt has definitely helped change my perspective on life for the better and has made me realize that most things we worry about in life aren’t worth worrying about, it’s not a cure it just helps change how you look at the world but I’d say it has its benefits

it seems like more research is definitely needed on your part too. nobody has ever been killed or developed serotonin syndrome from DMT even alongside SSRI usage. I think you are confusing it with MDMA.
