Great video! You explained it very clearly!
I just started my own medical youtube channel, and I also made a video on respiratory distress.
However I still find it hard to find the balance between informational content and a fun way to explain it.
You do this in a very natural way, which inspired me to make my videos more visual.

Sir, my baby was born on 17.08.2023. He has problem for breathing. Till now he is in support of NIV. All tests are conducted including genetic analysis but could not diagnose till.

1:41 The increase in blood flow to the lungs, is caused by a decrease in the lung tissue's resistance to blood flow. I speculate, whether or not, this triggers the closing of the foramen ovale, like a checkvalve slamming closed under reversed pressure. (for example, a sewage backflow preventor valve, closing as water attempts to flow backwards against the weir)
