This is a very wonderful video. One thing I learnt is that you make a list of tasks you do.
Then set realistic duration for important but not urgent things.

Then we can leave time for things that are not important but urgent or things that are important and urgent, once they come up.

Then we avoid things that are not important and not urgent.
