Have a sublist for every aspect of life
Have a master-list that includes an urgency-based prioritization of all sublists
Organize them in your calendar, and execute.

Basically prioritize on making SURE you check on schedule 2-3 times a day separated throughout the day

"Todoist" is a very good app. get it on your PC/phone/whatever and just put everything you said you're gonna do on it. very helpful and will keep a record of completed tasks.
