Bro I’ve felt this way for 8 months I was laid off work. I started drinking like crazy. I hate who I became, I’m looking to try and take a positive approach to life from now on. I need to lose 20lbs most of it came from downing 10 beers a night. I pray for everyone in the same position, things will and can get better.

It's not a "comfort zone". It's an equilibrium point. It eventually gets uncomfortable, but it's the the least painful situation, considering every other option is likely to end up worsening your situation and is therefore the most realistic option for a lot of people.

I keep pushing expanding my comfort zone because I feel that's what I must do. Life's too short to not go for the glory, but I believe my perspective is different because I dealt with Epilepsy since 14. So after having a seizure, I realized how quickly you can be out of here.
