Hi, my 2019 corsa has 40k miles and when i am driving in third gear and i am doing 30mph the car revs to 2000 rpm and i drive in fourth gear to lower the rpm

My dealership was saying my clutch pedal is "catching" to high and I have to give it a good rev to get it into first without chattering .
