Weighted inverted rows (with vest or backback) - 3 sets of 8-12

Level 5
Tucked Inverted row - 3 sets of 8-12

Level 6
Front Lever Row - 3 sets of 8-12

Personally progressively overloading with weights has made my rear delts and back explode!!!
