Okay let's think about this. Earlier in the scene we see her enter the room and in the shot you can see her bed in the bottom left part of the screen. When the camera flips when she's changing and sees Ed, we see that Ed is sitting at a table DIRECTLY across from the bed. Long story short, she would have saw him as soon as she would've walked in so she has no reason to scream
