he did resurrect Rey. Anakin only turned to the dark side because he wanted to save Padmé from death. he was the first Skywalker to have that power.

Kylo is a strange breed, having Leia's impatience, bad temper, Anakin's raw power, and Han Solo's independent mind and spirit. Him falling to the dark side is a PG version of his granddaddy, him able to kill Snoke and briefly able to forge a path of his own in TLJ is him inheriting father's Solo spirits and intellect. Yet, it's clear even that path to the Supreme Leader has only brought him anger and hatred, as displayed in ROTS.
So, it seems like our boy Ben is doomed from the start from all the Schizopherienic voices from Palpatine in the manifestation of Snoke inside his head, probably since he was a baby, and because of that, he never had a chance to be happy. His upbringing and hence mental state is and has always been an absolute mess of pain and confusion, his whole life is generally viewed as a bratty failure to live up to his grandfather intertwined with some occasional display of remarkable genius and wit. Definitely more tragic in that regard than Anakin. Kylo's great lineage is also his undoing, and he probably suffered more so than any of his ancestors and overall the most in all Skywalkers. What a depressing end to the House of Skywalker.

I wish Kylo still wasn’t so under appreciated or underestimated among the fandom. I think they focus too much on the negative like him “losing to Rey” and not being as strong as the dark side users before him when he’s had an entire character arc throughout the two previous films. His inner conflict and wanting to be rid of the past (Jedi, Sith, empire, republic, rebellion, resistance etc) make him a very interesting character to me. And I look forward to seeing how his journey ends in rise of skywalker if it’s handled well. (And before anyone even starts I know about the leaks regarding his fate but I’ll wait till the film confirms it).

Apparently Kylo's main theme is the last part of Palpatine's theme, so in a way, he's a direct continuation from the Emperor... I felt his theme is more graceful and sinister than Imperial March.

Blending his theme with the Imperial March is amazing!! Kylo Ren is one of my favorites of the new characters, you really captured a lot of the different layers of his character here, especially the parallels to Vader.
