A magnitude 6.4 earthquake rocked Southern California, triggering fires and a hospital evacuation. The U.S. Geological Survey said the quake was centered near Ridgecrest, an inland Kern County city about 150 miles northeast of Los Angeles. Multiple large aftershocks rolled through the region in the minutes that followed.

I've felt every major quake in L.A. since 1971. This was a good sized quake but I can think of four others that felt stronger (the '94 quake being top of the list). This quake was a strong roller - not a shaker.

It really astonishes me that so many people have so little compassion for human life. Some of us here do not runaway to other states as we want to make our state great again. We stay and we fight. We need help and support to get rid of all the idiots starting from the governor all the way down pretty much.
