The economy must be so good in that area that the throat cutters went out of business. The building looks similar to the one at the end of my street which is an old Mrs. Winner's restaurant. 👍 😆

Good to see another one of these gone, hopefully the next thing that takes over won't be a dang cash loan place. Whenever I think of these places I often think of GTA IV, which has lots of "loan shark" activity mixed into the story line.
