In this video, we uncover the hidden meaning of James 2, one of the most debated passages in the Bible. Many people point to verses 14-26 to argue in favor of works-based salvation, but the truth is that these verses are often taken out of context. I’ll explain how the challenging parts of James 2 actually align with Free Grace, Faith Alone, and Once Saved, Always Saved (OSAS) theology. Join me as we break down this passage and reveal how it supports the core belief that salvation comes through faith alone, not works.

Titus 2:11 - For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all MEN,

Amen. Jesus did not die for devils, but He DID die for men. God bless you!

This makes so much more sense now, especially verse 19. I used to believe the normal free grace position that it's talking about justification before men. Now I know it has a very different meaning and now everything makes sense. Thank you for this video.

Just discovered your channel a few days ago and plowing through your videos and I think you are spot on with all that I hear so far. What I would like to hear from the Free Grace community is a deep dive on the Chastisement of God.
For example, Job was chastised by God as a challenge between God and Satan. When the lame man was healed, his disciples asked Christ, who sinned, this man or his mom? If people suffer "chastisement" how do they know it is God and not just life? Many people suffer cancer, loss of loved ones, bad luck, etc and blame God. If they are unaware of the issue God is hastening them for, it has no affect. A believer who dies from God's chastisement won't know, and in dying they received the greater reward. In summary, suffering would be seen as God's discipline but it may not even be so. Seeing a Christian suffer leads judgemental Christians to view them as living in sin and God chastening them.
Therefore I'm unclear this is completely true and we are misunderstanding what God means. I think chastisement could simply mean God withholding protection from the enemy, blessings, and spiritual rest. Your thoughts?

W video. Not a lot of people are able to give rich explanations of things. They usually just give the surface level knowledge. Let's strive to have a rich understanding of the Word of God

Good stuff man, you've cleared up a lot for me and your takes are always interesting. I've been thinking about this too and I wonder if you think this would be a good summary: Works are not required to be saved or to prove that we're saved, but AFTER being saved, faith is brought to perfection, or completion, through good works in the Christian life, living out what we believe. Without good works, faith is still salvific but dead, or incomplete/imperfect and often hypocritical like you said, and without repentance may lead to chastisement. Therefore, if by "true faith" they mean a completed faith brought to perfection through good works, then yes, that faith is never alone. But if by "true faith" they mean a salvific faith, then the statement is false because that faith HAS to be alone.

On the subject of demons believing in Jesus...there is a distinct difference in believing that someone exists, and believing that someone did something for your benefit. Yes, the demons know that Jesus exists...but they do not believe that Jesus died for their sins. That's the big difference! We trust in what Jesus accomplished on the Cross of Calvary ALONE for our justification. His Blood was shed for our sins, and believing that He did this for us makes us righteous. We put on the righteousness of God by believing and trusting on the Son.

What can you do to be saved?

Paul's direct answer to the prisoner's question: "What must I do to be saved?" is: "Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved..."

  Acts 16:30-31

This truth cannot be accepted by many people, because of what James said that faith without works is dead, James 2:17-22. But this verse does not say faith in Jesus but faith in One God and refers the context to justification before men, not before God. They also used what Jesus says in the book of Mathew 7:21-23 but when you examine what the Lord Jesus said you will notice that it was not said: Not everyone who believes in Me will enter the kingdom of God..., but what He said is: "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord, ' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven."

And the will of God the Father that people is not to do good but to believe in His Son to have eternal life, John 6:40, 47; 3:16-18

But most people, instead of doing the work of God, for them John 6:28-29

they do good work for God. Mathew 7:21-23 they didn't know What God will judge and punish a person is not their goodness but their sinfulness, so the heart must first be clean of sin and become holy before doing good. And the human heart will only be clean, righteous and holy through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Acts 15:9; Philippians 3:9

Then, he will devote to doing good not to be saved but because he is  already saved.

Ephesians 2:8-10; Titus 3:5-8
