fault 100%, getting complacent is a very serious problem in the trucking world, not doing a complete safety inspection on your equipment is a life or death choice that is made at the moment that driver said I'll check it later or I'll check on the next stop or delivery

I agree. He definitely stayed on the gas. That is road rage due to the traffic jam. He should be charged for attempted vehicular homicide. He needs to do time and lose his license for life. His company is facing many major lawsuits.
