Using the method my mom used since the time she lived in Indonesia where we cooked the rice in the morning, stove top, then "put it to bed" by wrapping it in blankets, put it in our bed and cover with pillows. The rice is still very warm 10 hours later.

Based on a previous review from ATK I bought this exact wok and love it. It came pre-seasoned and is now very well seasoned from use. I love cooking with a wok and enjoy using quality equipment. High quality equipment is a pleasure to use - poorly built or designed equipment is a chore.

Zojirushi rice cooker, because of its price point, I used to think it may not be worth it. But I was wrong. It's such a versatile cooker which will last you many years. I even did beef stew in it ( under Brown Rice function, do one cycle, keep warm for an hour, if need you can run another cycle for extra tenderness) . Think outside the box, this rice cooker can do more jobs than advertised. It's worth it.

WHY OH WHY OH WHY do we NOT see this fine offering on Regular Television production of ATK or Cooks Country.
