A note: my Resume is about 4 pages long, tailored & designed for easy skimming, meets qualifications & job responsibilities. I believe a recruiter, company, etc. stoled my Resume design. It’s now available for free online and advertised as the “new style/trend”.

*Edit* To clarify, my frustration & anger is more …. how can I put this nicely. Networking is challenging for people who have medical conditions, trauma (kidnapping, abuse..it gets too dark), etc.. When a job is given via “networking”, it harms & excludes the disabled community.

Hi Tina, really like this video to show how to screen the candidates. I have been following your channels 1.5 years ago and really like the content. After watching this video, I've checked your website, my personal advice is that the landing page has too many sections/screens, which looks too lengthy. Ideally, 3-5 screens of the landing pages is easy to nevigate. For content rich or e commerce website, probably can have 5-7 screens. But I think your landing page is more than 7 screens. That is just my personal opion based on my experience to browse your website. Hope it could help you and your team. Thanks, Jerry

Generic observation but this just makes me think 'supply and demand'. Maybe anecdotal but feels like tech workers are in much higher supply so employers can get closer to the ideal than the reverse. Probably worth thinking about your competition if you're looking for a job.
