Brenden Adams is an American who previously held the record for being the tallest teenager in the world. His father, Willie Adams, and mother, Debbie Ezell, first observed his extreme height condition when he was two months old. The condition is caused by an inversion in the 12th chromosome.

His activities included joining his middle school football team. In 2008, there was an attempt to halt Brenden's growth when he was 7 ft 4.5 in (2.248 m) tall.

Adams' growth curve almost mimics that of Robert Wadlow, the tallest man in recorded history. Some doctors estimate that Adams would have been over 8 feet tall if he had kept growing constantly. After endocrinologist Dr. Gad Kletter's treatment with high-dose testosterone, his growth was arrested.

I had a friend I grew up with since grade school. His name was Seth and he had Giantism. He was over 7 feet in Jr High with a size 23 shoe. He was crazy strong and had the heart of an angel. Unfortunately in collage, he was in a car crash that took his life. If anyone where to get into heaven it was this big fella. RIP Seth

Could not imagine how tiring it would be every day for this man. Seems like an upbeat fella. I shook his hand at harvest foods in Mattawa Washington, he was with my friend Kevin Bise. He was visiting my friends the Doeblers. I wish the absolute best things in life for this guy, peace prosperity a wonderful Life full of things that he truly enjoys and I'm going to say a prayer that doctors can take away any or all pain so that he can live out a normal life. He really is a kind individual.

I have a cousin that's 7'3 and he used to have such a hard time finding clothes and shoes. His little boy is going to be tall too. I'm only 5'2 so he's a Giant next to me. Lol. I never knew the complications being that tall until he started growing so fast tho. He had so much pain. It was sad watching him grow into a teenager. Everyone thought it was so cool but they didn't know what he went through at home and at night and all of the Dr's. Thanks for doing this video Dr. Beau
