What is Zopiclone detox like?

There can be NO COMPARISON between stopping Z drugs and quitting benzos. Z drug withdrawal is walk in the park, a few weeks of insomnia, a bit of anxiety and that's it.

I've been on zopiclone for 8 years now because I became addicted I'm being kinda treated like a drug addict yet it was me that told my GP I was probably addicted. I'm not getting any help with my withdrawal and my vision has gotten really bad but my Dr/GP refuses to listen to me. I'm not a drug seeker but here in New Zealand there's no information on withdrawal.

I thought I was the only one who got munchies of zopiclone. I want off of it, tried and didn't sleep for almost a week. Catch 22~ need it for sleep but horrible weight gain.
Also, I'm absolutely miserable the next day. Anyone exhibit these symptoms? Like so bad, it's caused major relationship issues.

i have been taking very small doses 2.5 mgs for about a week is that small enough to stop for a night? I threw my prescription out and have none to take should i worry about a seizure now? I feel fine right now

I'm about to have 1 tonight, been drinking vodka solid for 10 days put down 2 days ago ended up in hospital sick for not eating give me bilrium thought I'd be ok all nite halucinating and today getting worse now feels like I'm being stabbed with pins can hear voices so rang .y doc gave me 4 zopocliclone 7.5 I just hope these work no way can I handle another night of deliriums hallucications fingers crossed
