Today we are heading to Saint Dreux to try their most expensive sandos, the $12 Egg Sando and $28 Wagyu Sando (which has a marbling score of 7–8 and is served medium rare) in Melbourne. Saint Dreux serves katsu sandoitchi which are Japanese sandwiches consisting of soft white bread, Panko-crumbed fried meat, mayonnaise and tonkatsu sauce. They have multiple choices of sandos including egg, chicken, kurobuta pork, prawn and wagyu.
