I wish ppl could do this or knew how to do these kinds of DIY construction. But with permits and upfront costs most are unable to do things like this.

Dont get me wrong, regulations and standards have to exist. Surely this man was trained in how to do this incredible work because of it. But it's unfortunate so few get the opportunity to craft for themselves and their community, things that could help everyone.

beautifull but if fish was here, how there're supposed to naviguate? Because it's known that some fish goes back to their born area to procreate, but if you build a dam here they can't no longer procreate and this species will die.

That’s the idea right there! But, have a backhoe to make mote around property, making deep trench, then shallows for rice, place for fry after spawning, line the banks with a particular type bamboo, then fruit trees on the other side, which I go for!
