2 Ripe Avocados
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon finely chopped shallot (use red onion or even regular if you don't have shallot)
1 tbsp lime
1/4 Cup cherry tomatoes (or as much as you want)
3 Tbsp Cilantro chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
