OBS STUDIO NOT RECORDING FULL SCREEN HOW TO FIX!

This video shows how to fix if you cannot record fullscreen on OBS Studio really easy!

What i use:

Blue Snowball USB Microphone

MSI Monitor 165 Hz, 2560 X 1440, 1 ms Curved

Elgato Game Capture HD60 S+ (for recording and livestreaming)

LAN Cable/Ethernet Cable:

Corsair K57 RGB Wireless Gaming Keyboard

SteelSeries Arctis 7 (Headset) PC, PS4

Razer Viper Ultimate Wireless 20K DPI

iPhone 12 Pro Max 256GB (Also using for Recording)

What you explained did NOT fix it. You didn't mention that you need to make what you are recording has a border around it on OBS and you need to make that how big you want the screen.

didn't help me, i found these solutions everywhere, but i have the problem that my game that i want to capture is old (1997) and it hasn't a window mode it has only fullscreen with a max resolution of 1024x728 but my monitor works with 1920x1080 i need to minimize the game and configure obs but even after i set different configurations and maximized the game again it's still black screen by obs.

only solution which i don't like was full screen capture with a filter for skaling otherwise the captured screen would only be in the upper left corner 1/4 of the screen.
