I like how Loona isn't used to people being patient with her. Her bitchy attitude means even someone like Moxxie will get annoyed with her, so she never has to show empathy too often. So when Millie emphasizes she's making a request because of how much she cares, and gently asks again, Loona's bitchy facade cracks.
