Did you know that human bodies are biologically designed to live up to 120 years? When you think about living to 120 years, does that seem like an exciting idea to you or burdensome? (I was sooo shocked when I first heard about this...😅😅😅)

The "I've Decided to Live 120 Years Book" by Ilchi Lee talks about LIVING WELL and DYING WELL. It was released in 2017, and since then, has been translated into 12 languages and has sold almost half a million books worldwide. If you're someone who wants to transcend the aging and the inevitable fate of dying, I highly recommend this book! It gave me a lot of hope about getting older and facing death, when the time comes.

WHAT IS BRAIN EDUCATION TV?
Brain Education TV provides mental health and mental wellness videos to help young adults with loneliness, depression, and anxiety. The foundation of our content comes from Brain Education, an academic study from South Korea that stems from over 40 years of research and application and has been practiced by millions around the world.

WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.

Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.

We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

I felt this book was written especially for me! When I retired as I nurse, I felt lost. Through this book, I found my way. Thank you Ilchi Lee.

I love this book. Changing my mindset to live to 120 years of age, instead of 90, made my whole outlook on how I want to live different. I no longer think of retirement as my golden years, but rather as a great time to make my life worthwhile.

My entire family have lived to be over 90. I am Buddhist and believe in reincarnation. I am now 91. In 2009 I saw a billboard written in Korean. It looked so familiar. Long story short I took a class to learn Korean. In 2 weeks I learned how to read/write in Korean or Hangul. In 3 months I was speaking so well I joined a Korean church. I am sure my previous life was as a Korean. Anyway, living to 100 or 120yrs old is just another page in our ongoing existence. Who knows where my next life will take me or where it will take you😊😊

I have read the book and realized rerirement means I can start the second phase of my life choosing to live happily. Not like a wandering child playing and having no goal in life. But following my heart and living the life helping to improve earth for my next generation. My children and grandchildren.

Though I don't want to live that long, I like the philosophy of creating the life that I want after I complete societal standards. A good read.

I read this book and it really helped me shift my perspective on what it means to live well. If I can be healthy and happy as I age, I have that many more years to share good energy with those around me.

We can’t decide how long we will will we can do anything and everything healthy, we can die in car accidents, planes, so it’s what GOD JESUS CHRIST DECIDES FOR US . GOD BLESS YOU ALL

It's not radical for Jews. We're taught that humans are (I think since Moses's time) by default set to live 120 years. When we wish each other well, we say, "G-d willing till 120!"☺️
