Unruly passenger incidents caught on camera at CVG

CVG police reports show in 2021 officers responded to 53 incidents related to a passenger's alleged disorderly conduct. In those cases, officers removed more than 70 passengers from planes. Police reports show officers arrested 8 of those passengers for their conduct. Four of them pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges.

Once the Captain has decided you are getting off the plane, save your breath until you are in the terminal, for one very good reason. He is in ' sole ' charge of the plane. Once he decides you are going off, you are going off, and nothing, absolutely nothing, will change that.

I once had to kick someone out of a theatre because they wouldn’t stop recording the show. Her response was “I’m an American citizen”

It used to be a nice experience getting a drink and relaxing on a plane. So many unhinged and crazy people lashing out these days.

I'm stunned by how some people behave on airplanes!😮 When I fly, I say good morning I sit down and I don't say anything else except maybe Thank you when I'm givin something to drink or eat! Crazy

People don't seem to realise. As soon as you create an incident, you are viewed as a safety risk to the flight and you are ejected from the plane. It does not matter what you say or do after that.

As an American, I am beyond embarrassed for these unruly passengers. I sincerely apologize for their rude behavior (not all Americans are like this.) Make no mistake; not only should these people NEVER travel internationally, but they should never be flying on a plane in general.

Some citizens mistake freedom for license. They think it is their right to harass others and not give a damn. This is precisely why the crime of 'disorderly conduct' will probably always be a crime in every state in the union.

I blame the educational system combined with bad parenting.

If you have to be removed from a flight by the police you should be permanently banned from any further commercial flights.

The airline and passengers should file a class action against these idiots citing undue delay, missing of connections, disruption of the flight, exposing them to covid and distress amongst other things. Might put others off when they are hit with $m settlement.

I've flown throughout the world since 1956 and have never seen any passenger unruliness. This shift in passenger behavior seems to be recent and reflects the public perception of authority. Eliminate those who are plain drunk and you will see a movement toward entitlement.
