Ex has been engaging in an obvious campaign for months to paint me as uncaring father who won't even video call his kid. I started calling daily for 15 mins a month ago. About a week ago, she went 100% silent, stopped answering. I called in a wellness check with police after 5 days; they didn't make contact with her. Then I emailed her with the evidence that all of this behavior was being documented and I would like to see my kids next weekend and that's when she informed me she wouldn't communicate with me unless it is through her attorney. "Alright thanks, so you're completely denying me any contact with our kid then." I thought this was a slam dunk for me and you sorta confirmed it. Thanks for making me feel l Iike I got a win.

In our case the other parent specifically stated in text messages that the kids don't want to visit and then went further in saying they won't "force" the kids to come when they don't want to.
