Super useful. Exactly what I needed. Some dudes actually suggested creating this in Fusion, which is slow and stupid. Thanks, man.

Thanks, that was exactly the info I was looking for. Shame we can't have the Timeline name as an option, so I can setup multiple renders from different timelines and walk away... for 20 hours !!!

No need to go to the Color Page. The data burn in is available in edit page.

So, what if I want to edit it again? it doesn't show up in the Inspector, when u close the window, it just disappear. Plus, it just burns it on the entire timeline, what if I only want to time a particular clip and not all clips in the timeline? this video is halfbaked.

If I was working from a rendered clip that came with the code on it already will I be able to remove it this way or do I need the raw version to begin with? I guess I’ll find out tomorrow… but trying to learn what I can

Ok, so I got rid of the unnecessary words. But, if I click "Record File name" or "shot" in the data burn-in window, it just gives me a slash or colon and no place to tell it which track to read. How do you get those to read tracks or clip names across the project? You would think that setting would be on the right with the display settings.

hey thanks!! but how did you get the clip to the right position in the timeline ? i have a clip with a source tc of 23 hours.. is there an automatic way to get it from the media pool to the timeline in the correct time ? (the video has the tc in the metadata)

1 question. how do you get to the workspace without going to the menu bar. I'm using a Mac and my menu bar has disappeared along with my 3 coloured buttons (red exit, yellow minimize, green full screen) and I won't come back even if I press esc, or control+command+F, or if I hover over the top with the mouse. Thanks!
